We invoice net 30 days but we accept purchase orders, checks and credit cards.

Can I test the programs?

We would be happy to send you a demo volume of any of our self-study programs at no cost to you.  You are welcome to test the product and discover all of its features. After a 30-day free trial the item needs to be returned to us in its original packaging.

Do you have any products on VHS or audiotapes?

Info

Due to the demands of the market, we have discontinued all our VHS and cassette tape products as well as their replacements.  Products now come in a DVD and CD format only.

Lexicon has been around for 30 years; with all those years of experience creating programs for Spanish speakers, we have created programs that are relevant, culturally sensitive, and easy to use.  We also enjoy a 95% recognition rate in the Hispanic market, making our program one of the best known in the community.

Do your products have a shelf life?

Our programs do not have a shelf life.  Our programs are designed to provide information that is relevant in different scenarios and can be consistently applied through the course of time.  Our programs are frequently updated and improved so the content doesn’t expire.

Do I get a discount if I buy more than one product?

Volume discounts are available for a variety of our programs and at very affordable rates.  Please contact one of our account executives directly for more information.

Can you mail my order outside the United States and Canada?

We currently provide materials for the United States and Canada exclusively, but we also have distributors in Latin America who are dedicated to other parts of the world. To find out more about how to reach distributors in Latin America, please call Norma Fumat at (323) 782-7338.

How will I get my products?

You will receive your materials through FedEx Ground Delivery unless you are eligible for our bulk-shipping rate (order exceeding 10 full sets).
